In addition to the health aspect, the business run at Lake Neufeld offers the ideal opportunity to strengthen team building. The running and Nordic walking competition is organised as a team event. Teams of three start and each participant completes the 5.6 km course around Lake Neufeld. In the running competition, the times of the team members are added together and the team with the lowest total time wins. The Nordic walking competition is a health competition.
